Town of Gillam – Roads, Drainage, Water, and Sewer Renewal

Gillam’s roads, drainage, water, and sewer infrastructure was aging and required upgrading to support the anticipated population increases and associated need for housing and commercial services.

The project included the engineering assessment, design, and construction of road and drainage renewals, which were completed over seven years.  This included approximately 20 km of roads and land drainage improvements over ALL 35 streets in Town. It also included the design and construction administration for water and sewer renewals in a portion of Town.

The entire project has had a significant, positive impact on the condition of the Town’s overall infrastructure.
